Winter Styled Shoot

Creating a styled shoot has been on my goal list for awhile now and a few weeks ago I finally made it happen!! Through it all I was able to meet and work with some amazing creatives in the Northwest Ohio area. It was such a great day seeing everything come to life. Everyone was awesome and I couldn't be happier on how it turned out! I had the hardest time narrowing down the photos, so get ready for an overload! These two. The sunlight. And the beach. It really can't get much better! We spent the evening walking around Island Cove park, laughing & talking. It felt like we were hanging out as old friends, not that we had met just hours before!

Dominic & Caitlyn, I hope you can always look back on these photos and remember this stage of life. How Dominic made you laugh and how he looked at you. How you guys are just met to be, anyone could see that. Enjoy the preview, I can't wait to show you the rest! And thanks for such a fun evening :)

Lena's Cake Smash

The letters say it all: Lena turned one year-old!

Lena had so much fun tearing into her cake. Her Mom made the gorgeous cake from scratch and, once Lena took a little taste, it was all over from there. The precious little angel looked adorable in her frilly white jumper and we loved all of the different facial expressions that she made.

After all that destructive fun it was time to clean up! The bubbles were so much fun!

Even though outside was kind-of gloomy, this family made it bright. We adored how much fun this family had together and little Lena was so happy and so much fun to work with!

Andre & Erica

How do I even begin to write this post? It was such a perfect day, Andre & Erica were just amazing. Arriving at Ericas you could feel the anticipation in the air. All of her best friends and family gathered in the room, all getting ready to watch her walk down the aisle.

Andre left a gift for her in the dishwasher. It doesn't work so it was the perfect hiding spot ;)

Here is their love story in Ericas words,

"Andre and I met in 2010, we were both working at the same nursing home. Our coworkers introduced us to each other officially and our first date was a result of encouragement from our coworkers to go out. I remember after our first date thinking about how chivalrous he was and I wondered if that was something that would last or if he was too good to be true? I got lucky because he is just as sweet and romantic now as he was then. Andre proposed to be December 2013 in New York City while on a horse and carriage ride through Central Park."

And than, just like that, it was time!

After some portraits at Hartford City Hall, we headed to the ceremony at La Bella Vista. It did not disappoint, such a wonderful night! So many family and friends gathered to celebrate!

We stepped outside for a few minutes to catch the beautiful golden hour!

Walking towards their future, so many hopes and dreams and I hope every single one comes true!

Sweet Baby Grayson

Whether it's baseball, football, basketball, or soccer: this family has a passion for sports. They now have a new teammate: their adorable baby boy, Grayson.

This soft, squishy bear was from Grayson's Grandparents. Imagine the warm cuddles that it will continue to give throughout the years. What a precious gift.

Greyson's parents both love baseball. They play together, watch it together, and root for their team together. Greyson fits snug like a glove onto this team. He even has his own onesie jersey to prove it.

Sweet Baby Jensen

As the summer began to end and the leaves began to change,
the lives of two wonderful people transformed into a family of three.

Sweet baby Jensen was welcomed into this world on September, 9th 2014.

Just a few weeks later we were given the opportunity to capture this adorable bundle of joy in the glimpse of time that is the newborn stage.

“Let him sleep, for when he wakes, he will move mountains.”

We aren‘t sure what little Jensen will grow up to become, but we do know that one who wears many different hats will always be prepared.

From pumpkins to footballs and even a raccoon, this sweet boy could melt anyone‘s heart.

Maybe Jensen will even become a golfer and learn all the tricks of the trade from his Daddy. He may even be able to “help out“ as “Daddy‘s little caddy“.
